After two years using this merchant processor I have to say they are a great company to take orders and make payments to us. They are very reliable and secure and respond to emails and support tickets within 24 hours. You will definitely not go wrong with this company. They are based in the UK so some customers who have restrictions on their card where they can't buy outside of America (thanks to Bush and his war on online casinos put the onus on the banks to stop you from gambling, so the banks think you are gambling with the money and don't let you use your card outside the US). They also don't take debit cards or gift cards and many customers use that method, so you need to let people know if they get a declined that they need to get ahold of you and take payment via another method or card to activate the order. They also have verified by Visa or Mastercard and some customers don't know about that yet or have that yet so it can be difficult on them and may result in a few lost orders. Overall though they do have it together and are a great company to work with. Enjoy their service and feel confident that they are not under the cluthes of Bush and his interference with online sales. You will be satisified with this company if you use them. Highly recommended.

I made an order on april 4 from this website and they charged me on the 7th. I have not yet received my merchandise almost 2 months later.The supplier has replied to my inquiries about my order, but it seems like he is just stalling. I would like to get my money back ($48)as it seems i am not going to receive my order.

I want a refund, this company still has shipped product after more than a month. I spoke with owner who said he had the product I ordered and would ship the next day. That was a week ago, they still haven't shipped it yet. I want a refund!!! My e-mail is deadluckyone@yahoo.com Please help me, they won't. Thanks
